1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the website operated by Iberica Global LLC. By accessing the site, the user declares that they have read and accepted them in full. A user who does not agree should not use the site.
2. Capacity
This site is directed at persons aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract. Iberica Global LLC does not direct its services at minors and does not knowingly collect their data.
3. Nature of the information published
3.1 The content of this site is general and informational.
3.2 Iberica Global LLC is not a bank, credit institution, lender, card issuer, investment adviser, law firm or tax practice. It does not extend credit, does not hold client funds and does not issue payment instruments.
3.3 Iberica Global LLC does not provide credit repair services, does not dispute or negotiate entries in credit registries, and does not advise on how to modify an existing credit file.
3.4 Nothing on this site constitutes individualised legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Where a client's circumstances require it, Iberica Global LLC may introduce them to independent, qualified professionals who act on their own account and under their own responsibility.
4. No guarantee of results
Iberica Global EDU provides marketing, technology and business operations services. We make no representation or guarantee regarding revenue, earnings, enrolment, audience growth or any other business result. Outcomes depend on the client's offer, audience, market and execution, as well as on third parties outside our control.
Where this site refers to timeframes, those are estimates. They depend in part on third-party platforms, providers and public authorities, and are not contractual commitments.
5. Permitted use
The user agrees not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to introduce malicious code, not to carry out large-scale automated extraction of content, not to impersonate third parties and not to infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Forms and communications
A user who submits data through a form warrants that it is accurate and that they are entitled to provide it. Submitting a form does not in itself create any contractual relationship. The provision of services is always governed by a specific written agreement signed by both parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iberica Global LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes
Iberica Global LLC may amend these Terms and the content of the site at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site at any given moment, with its date of last update shown.
9. Severability
If any provision is held to be void or unenforceable, it shall be deemed not to have been included and the remainder shall remain in full force.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
This is without prejudice to the rights granted by mandatory consumer protection law to a user who qualifies as a consumer and resides in the European Union.
11. Language
The English version of these Terms is the binding version. Any translation is provided for information only.
